8. OPTION SETTINGS
This section gives a detailed description of the ClipCopy options and explains how to pro-
ceed with the settings for the video server to be mounted and News Automation. (See note
13 below) The options dialog window shown in Fig.8-1 is displayed from the [Options...]
menu item on the [File] menu.
8.1 Server Options
The information on the video server to be mounted is set with server options. The ''Group''
refers to both the main server and backup server collectively, and one group name is given
to both. To establish this setting, select the [Server Property] tab. Press the [Add] button to
create a new server group. To edit an existing server group, select the server group con-
cerned from the Server Group List, and press the [Edit] button.
To delete an existing server group, select the server group concerned from the Server Group
List, and press the [Delete] button.
When a new server group is to be created or an existing server group is to be edited, the dia-
log window shown in Fig. 8-2 will appear.

installed. A separate automation software program is required to use News Automation. For details on the
integration and detailed specifications of the automation system, consult your dealer.
