    Removing the Battery Perform the following steps to remove the battery: 1. Make sure to power off the EasyNote S. 2. Disconnect the AC adapter (and all other peripherals) from the unit. 3. Turn the unit upside down. 4. Unlock the battery compartment and slide it out of its place.
