Send Log Files

A very important tool for the entire Suite is the Zip Log Files Utility. This utility pulls together the log

files, configuration files, and other pertinent files showing the status of the Net Server PC and zips

the information in a smaller file and places that information onto an FTP server.

Using the Options button, some basic parameters can be changed including an ability to save the

information into a series of files to be e-mailed when FTP access across the Internet is blocked.

The date range of the files can also be specified. This is generally used to reduce the size of the

transmittal when the time of the problem is know to have occurred very recently.

Important!

Retrieve Log Files from CTX/CIX Phone System does not work with Network ACD

using the Strata Unifier.
