This command is entered in the Interface Configuration Mode. This command
assigns a textual description for the VRRP group. The description string can be up
to 80 characters.

used to configure a VRRP group with the specified group ID on an interface, and
primary IP address for the VRRP group. A VRRP group is enabled only after the
primary IP address is configured on the interface.
