Operating the dishwasher

Detergent

Only use detergents formulated
for domestic dishwashers. Do not
use washing up liquid.
^ You can use conventional powder
detergent, tablets or liquid
dishwasher detergent.
Refer to the dosing instructions given
by the manufacturer on the
packaging.
^ Put powder or liquid detergent into
the dispenser compartment.
^ Detergent tablets should only be put
into compartment II if this is
recommended by the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer recommends
inserting tablets in the cutlery basket
do not do so. Instead place them on
the inside of the door or directly into
the wash cabinet to help them
dissolve properly.

Detergent manufacturers give the
required amount of detergent for a
particular programme on their
packaging.
^ Use at least 30 ml of detergent for a
full load in the following programmes:
- Intensive,
- Universal plus,
- Universal,
- Normal,
- Economy.
If the manufacturer recommends a
larger amount of detergent, use the
amount recommended.
Failure to dispense the
recommended amount of detergent
may impair cleaning results.
If you are using 2 in 1 or 3 in 1
combination tablets, please continue
to replenish the salt and rinse aid
reservoirs as described in this
booklet. Otherwise the cleaning and
drying performance of the machine
may deteriorate over time.
