Frequency Menu
The options in the Frequency menu represent the frequency of the electrical current in fluorescent
lighting sources in your locale. If your camera is set to a frequency that does not match your country's
electric current, you may see flickering or waves on the images taken by your camera.
The Frequency Menu Options include:
1) Press the HOME button and then tap the Setup icon.
2) Tap the Frequency menu icon to open the menu options.
3) Tap '50HZ' or '60HZ' and then tap SAVE & EXIT to select and confirm the highlighted menu option
and return to the Setup Main Menu Screen.
4) From the Setup Main Menu Screen:
Tap another menu icon to select a different menu item.
Tap Return to return to the Home Menu screen.
Format Menu
You can use the Format SD Card menu to delete all of the content that is currently on your camera's
memory card.
Keep in mind that formatting the memory card will permanently delete all of the content on
your camera's memory card.
This option will delete all of the content at one time. If you would like to delete individual images, use
the delete menu in the camera's Playback Mode.
The Format Menu Options include:

2) Tap the Format menu icon to open the menu options.
50HZ
UK, Europe and Australia
60HZ
US, Canada and South America
Formats SD memory card. All videos and photos deleted.
Does not format SD memory card.
