Installing Die Sets In The
Machine:
CAUTION: Possible
!
Pinch Point Hazard.
When installing Die Sets into
your Magnapunch, ALWAYS
keep fingers and body parts
out of the machine's Die Set
Slot AND away from all
areas of the Die Set
EXCEPT for the Finger
Groove in the Die Set's
Handle. Failure to observe
these precautions may result
in injury.
Possible Die Set
!
Damage Hazard.
Make certain that all punch
pins are fully and properly
seated in the die set before
inserting the die. Failure to
ensure that ALL punch pins
are fully seated could result
in damage to the die set and
machine. Figure C shows
how to verify that all pins are
correctly seated.
Step 1: Insert fingers into
the Die Set's Handle
(located on the right side of
the die set).
Step 2: Carefully align the
leading edges of the Die
Set's Support Rails (E) with
the leading edges of the
machine's Guide Rails (see
Figure D).
Step 3: Using fingers in the
Die Set's handle, firmly push
the Die Set into the
machine's Die Set Slot.
Step 4: Continue firmly
pushing the Die Set into the
machine's Die Set Slot. You
will hear a "click" when the
Automatic Locking
Mechanism engages. This
mechanism securely holds
the die set during punching
operations.
Note that if the Die Set is not
properly inserted into the
machine and locked into
place, the machine will not
operate.

Quando si installa il gruppo di
fustelle nella Magnapunch,
tenere SEMPRE le dita e le
altre parti del corpo lontane
dalla guida delle fustelle e dalle
fustelle stesse, impugnandole
SOLO per mezzo dell'incavo
per le dita presente sul manico
del gruppo di fustelle. La
mancata osservanza di queste
precauzioni può essere causa
di danni alla persona.
Rischio di danneggiare

il gruppo di fustelle:
Accertare che tutti gli spinotti
delle fustelle siano
completamente e
correttamente posizionati nel
supporto prima di inserirlo.
Qualora TUTTI gli spinotti non
siano completamente
posizionati, si può danneggiare
il gruppo di fustelle e la
macchina stessa. La figura C
indica come verificare che tutti
gli spinotti siano nella
posizione corretta.
Passo 1: Inserire le dita
nell'impugnatura del gruppo di
fustelle (situata sul lato destro
del gruppo di fustelle).
Passo 2: Allineare con cura gli
spigoli anteriori delle guide di
supporto del gruppo di fustelle
con le guide della macchina
(vedere figura D).
Passo 3: Con le dita inserite
nell'incavo dell'impugnatura,
spingere con forza il gruppo di
fustelle nella scanalatura
corrispondente della macchina.
Passo 4: Continuare a
spingere con forza il gruppo di
fustelle nella sua guida sulla
macchina. Si percepirà uno
scatto quando si aggancia il
meccanismo di blocco
automatico. Questo
meccanismo mantiene fermo
con sicurezza il gruppo di
fustelle durante le operazioni di
perforazione.
Notare che, se il gruppo di
fustelle non è inserito
correttamente nella macchina
e bloccato al suo posto, la
macchina non funziona.
