WARNING • The battery must be handled by adults only. The battery is heavy and contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Dropping the battery could result in serious injury. • Never allow children to charge the battery. Battery charging must be done by adults only. -

A-Style Charger Connector A-Style Battery Connector Incorrect • Plug the charger and battery connectors together. Push firmly to make sure the two connectors are com- pletely joined. Battery Charging NO GAP Correct • Plug the charger into a standard 120 volt wall outlet. Note: If power flow to the wall outlet is controlled by a switch, make sure the switch is “ON”. -

Tabs • Position the dash cover as shown. Make sure the three tabs are at the top. • Fit the knob into the hole in the right side of the dash cover. • Fit the key into the hole to the left of the knob. •... - Page 10 Steering Column Bottom View • Fit the curved end of the steering column into the hole in the front axle. Please Note: You may need to straighten the vehicle tires and rotate the steering column to fit it into the hole in the front axle.
- Page 11 Seat Belt Straps Second T-tab Seat • Make sure the two seat belt straps are fastened together. If they are not fastened together, connect the fasteners to form one seat belt. • Insert the T-tab at one end of the seat belt through the slot in one arm of the seat.

Care If a battery leak develops, avoid contact with the leaking acid and place the damaged battery in a plastic bag. See information below for proper disposal. If acid comes in contact with skin or eyes, flush with cool water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician. If acid is internally ingested, give water, milk of magne- sia or egg whites immediately. -
