• Remove the seat to access the
battery. (See Battery Installation
Step 1 on page 20).
"BLOWN" FUSE
• Use pliers to remove the 25 amp
fuse from the battery.
• Look at the fuse to make sure it
has not blown. If the fuse has
blown, replace it with a new
Power Wheels 25 amp fuse.
• Re-insert the fuse into the battery
before charging. The battery will
not charge if a 25 amp fuse in
good condition is not inserted
into the battery.
2
• Unplug the motor harness
connector from the battery
connector.
3
• Plug the charger into a standard
120 volt wall outlet.
Please Note: If power to the outlet
is controlled by a wall switch, make
sure the switch is "ON".
• Charge the battery a minimum of
18 hours after each use. Never
charge the battery longer than
30 hours. Overcharging or under-
charging the battery may shorten
its life and decrease vehicle run-
ning time.
• Once the battery is charged,
reconnect the battery and motor
harness connector and re-
assemble the seat to the vehicle
body.
Important Note: Always remember
to replace the bolt in the seat to
prevent children from accessing
the battery.
