Always use battery clamp. • PREVENT FIRE - Do not bypass a Power Wheels - Use only a Power Wheels - Never modify the electrical system. Alterations could cause a fire resulting in serious injury and could also ruin the electrical system.

  • Page 7 IMPORTANT! The battery must be removed from your vehi- cle for the initial charge in order to complete assembly. You do not need to remove the battery from your vehicle to recharge it. Battery Clamp • Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the screws in the battery clamp.

    IMPORTANT! Some parts were placed under the seat for shipment. Unlock the seat lock fastener, using a slotted screwdriver to rotate the lock fastener Lift the seat to access the battery compartment. WARNING Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the vehicle’s unassembled state, or by electrical items.
  • Page 9 Front Axle Round Bushing • Slide a round bushing onto the front axle and press it into the center of the front wheel. • Fit a cap nut onto the end of the front axle. • Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the front axle.

Assembly Vehicle Body Note: If you have already charged your Power Wheels 6 Volt (4.0 Amp/Hr.) battery for at least 18 hours, you may want to install it in the battery compartment before assem- bling the seat to your vehicle.
