Basic Controls
First set your SRTn preamp to the following settings.
VOLUME
1 Tone Control Knobs: Equalized to your taste.
Controls the overall gain of the Pre-Amp.
2 Volume Control: As high as you like it but without feedback.
TREBLE 3 Notch Control: At lowest frequency (fully counter-clockwise).

NOTE INDICATOR LEDs

These LEDs indicate the note of the strings you are playing. When tuning
sharp or flat notes such as G # , both the G indicator and the # indicator will
light up. If the note shown on the note indicator LED is different from the
one you wish, try tightening or loosening the string until the correct LED
lights up. Be careful not to tighten the strings too much (over tune) as the
strings may break. When in doubt, it is better to tune down and loosen the
strings and then tune back up to find the desired pitch.
NOTCH (SRTn)

Ce bouton permet de mettre alternativement l'accordeur sous/hors
tension. Il ne peut être mis sous tension que si un câble de guitare est
branché à la prise de la guitare. L'accordeur ne se met pas
automatiquement hors tension ; par conséquent, une fois l'accordage
terminé, vous devez de nouveau appuyer sur le commutateur «TUNER»
pour le mettre hors tension.
Lorsque l'accordeur est activé, la sortie est désactivée ; aucun son n'est
émis via la prise de sortie de la guitare.
Un circuit de protection est activé immédiatement après la mise sous tension
et, de ce fait, l'accordeur ne réagit pas à une note jouée trop doucement.
Jouez la première note suffisamment fort afin d'activer l'accordeur.

apagar el afinador.
Mientras el afinador está funcionando la salida de sonido se desactiva;
no se produce ningún sonido procedente de la toma de salida de la guitarra.
Inmediatamente después de encenderlo se activará un circuito de
protección, de modo que es posible que el afinador no responda a una
nota tocada con suavidad. Toque la primera nota con fuerza para activar
el afinador.

1. Tournez progressivement le bouton VOLUME vers la droite et arrêtez
au moment où l'effet Larsen commence à se produire.
2. Appuyez alors sur le commutateur PHASE. (La position du commutateur
PHASE n'a pas d'importance.)
3. Si vous ne parvenez pas à éviter l'effet Larsen en appuyant sur le
commutateur PHASE, essayez d'augmenter légèrement le VOLUME à
ce moment-là. Si l'effet Larsen ne se produit pas même après avoir réglé
le volume sur le niveau supérieur souhaité, alors vous pouvez tout
simplement profiter de votre instrument. Si vous ne parvenez toujours
pas à éviter l'effet Larsen, passez à l'étape 4.
4. Tournez progressivement le bouton NOTCH FREQ. vers la droite pour
trouver le moment où l'effet Larsen est réduit. Une fois le moment trouvé,
laissez le bouton à cet emplacement, réglez le VOLUME comme souhaité
dans une plage qui n'engendre pas d'effet Larsen, puis jouez simplement
de votre instrument.

Remarque
Remplacez les piles dans l'une des situations suivantes :
• la qualité ou le volume sonore diminue ;

tension ;
• le voyant DEL de contrôle des piles est allumé ou clignote.

n'utilisez pas votre instrument.

NOTCH (SRTn)
Se trata de un filtro de profundidad que reduce el acoplamiento.
[Uso del filtro de profundidad SRTn]
En primer lugar ajuste el preamplificador SRTn del modo siguiente.
1 Mandos de control de tono: Ajuste el tono como desee (ecualizado a
su gusto).
2 Control de volumen: Tan alto como quieras sin causar acoples.
3 Control de corte: A la frecuencia más baja (completamente girado
hacia la izquierda).
A continuación utilice el procedimiento siguiente para efectuar los ajustes
correctos.
1. Gire lentamente el mando VOLUME a la derecha y deje de girar en el
punto en que empiece a producirse acoplamiento.
2. En el punto en que empiece a producirse acoplamiento, pulse el
interruptor PHASE. (No importa en qué posición se encontraba el
interruptor PHASE para comenzar.)
3. Si puede evitar el acoplamiento pulsando el interruptor PHASE, pruebe
de subir ligeramente el volumen en ese estado. Si no se produce
acoplamiento aun después de subir el volumen al nivel deseado, ya puede
tocar el instrumento. Si sigue sin poder evitar el acoplamiento, siga con
el punto 4.
4. Gire lentamente el mando NOTCH FREQ. A la derecha para encontrar
el punto en que el acoplamiento se minimiza. Cuando lo haya encontrado,
deje el mando en ese punto y ajuste el volumen al nivel deseado dentro
del margen en que no se produzca acoplamiento; ya puede tocar el
instrumento.

la cuerda hasta que se ilumine el LED correcto. Tenga cuidado de no
tensar demasiado las cuerdas (sobreafinar), ya que se pueden romper.
En caso de duda, es preferible bajar el tono y aflojar la cuerda y luego
volver a subirlo hasta encontrar el adecuado.
INDICADORES LED DE GUÍA DE AFINACIÓN
Cuando la cuerda está afinada, el LED verde del centro se ilumina. Si
el tono de la cuerda es bemol, se ilumina el LED rojo de la izquierda.
Si el tono de la cuerda es sostenido, se ilumina el LED rojo de la derecha.
Notas
Cambie las pilas si observa cualquiera de las circunstancias siguientes:
• Disminución de la calidad del sonido o del volumen
• El afinador no responde al encenderlo
• Los LED no funcionan cuando se enciende el afinador
• El LED de comprobación de las pilas está encendido o parpadea
Para evitar que las pilas se gasten de forma innecesaria, desconecte el
cable de la toma de salida cuando no utilice la guitarra.
