Some program formats will display with sidebars and/or bars at tile
top and bottom.
This setting is for viewing in the 16:9 (480i, 480p) source programs
only.
(Sample Illustratio,_) Picture size - Full 16:9
If receiving a squeezed 4:3 format program, tile picture is stretched
horizontally to fill tile width of tile screen but not stretched
vertically.
This setting is for viewing in the 1080i, 1080p, and 720p program
source.
