available.
,, If receiving a 4:3 format analog program, selecting 16:9 PIC SIZE
will typically display the image stretched wider with bars at the top
and bottom.
,, If receiving a 16:9 format (digital) program, selecting 16:9 PIC SIZE
will typically display the image in its original formatted proportion
with bars at the top and bottom.
