Configuring the Display
Sets the language used for information
on the screen. The options are as
English
French
Spanish
ENGLISH
FRENCH
sPAN SH
Closed Caption

The Closed Caption menu turns closed captioning
on and off and allows you to set options used in
displaying it. Closed captioning is a system used to
broadcast text, such as subtitles and other
information, along
with video.
MODE[ OFF ]
DATA[CP1]
Mode
Sets the closed captioning mode used. The
options
are
° Off--No closed
captioning
o Caption--Used for subtitles. This mode displays only a few lines of text at the bottom of
the screen.
° Text--Displays more detailed textual information broadcast with the video. This mode
displays text across most of the screen.
MODE: CAPTION MODE: TEXT
Data
Selects the closed captioning channel displayed on the screen. The options are
° CH1--Closed caption channel 1
° CH2--Closed caption channel 2
