Theproofing feature maintains a warm environment useful for rising yeast-leavened products.
How to Set the Oven For Proofing (onsomemodels)
[] Place tile coxered dough in a dish in
tile oxen on shelf B or C.

To Crisp Stale Items
Place fi)od in lo_sided dishes or pans.
For best results, place tile toed items in
a single laveI: Do not stuck.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Foodshould be kepthotin its cooking
container o r transferred t o a heat-safe
serving dish.
Formoistfoods,coverthemwithan oven-safe
lid oraluminum foil.
Friedor crisp foodsdo not need to be covered,
but can become too dry if warmed for too long.
Repeatedopening of the door allows the hot
air to escapeand the food to cool.
Allow extra tlYnefor the temperature inside the
oven to stabih2eafter adding items.
With large loads it may be necessaryto cover
some of the cooked food items.
Remove serving spoons, etc.,beforeplacing
containers in theoven.
Do not use plastic containers, hds or p/asflc
wrap.
CAUTION: /ast, ccontainers, lids
or plastic wrap will melt if placed in the oven.
Melted p/astlc may not be removableand is not
coveredunder your warranty.
