You call set the area where you are using the camera. This allows you to set
the local area when you use the camera abroad.

Maintaining thedateandtimesetting
This camera has an iuterual rechargeable battery for maiutaiuiug the date
and time and other settings regardless of whether the power is on or off, or
the battery is installed or not. For details, see page 192.
