Turn the LP cylinder so the opening of the valve is either to the front, side or rear of the Weber ® gas barbecue. Lift and hook the cylinder onto the fuel gauge. Loosen the cylinder lock wing nut. Swing the cylinder lock down. -

If leak does not stop, Contact the Customer Service Representative in your area using the contact information on our web site. Log onto www.weber.com ®. Do not use the barbecue. When leak checking is complete, turn gas supply OFF at the source and rinse connections with water. -

The burners have been flame-tested. As a safety precaution however, you should recheck all fittings for leaks before using your Weber Gas Barbe- cue. Shipping and handling may loosen or damage a gas fitting. -

WEBER®SPIDER/INSECT SCREENS Your Weber ¢ gas barbecue, as well as any outdoor gas appliance, is a target for spiders and other insects. They can nest in the venturi section(I) of the burner tubes. This blocks the normal gas flow, and can cause the gas to flow back out of the air shutter. -
