Using your HS-U130to play back to another VCR

Connect
one RCA audio cable to the
AUDIO INPUT
terminal
on the other
VCR. Connect
the other
end of this cable
to the AUDIO OUTPUT
terminal
on the
HS-U130
(labeled AUDIO
OUT).
Connect
a video cable to the VIDEO
INPUT
terminal
on the other VCR.
Connect
the other end of this cable to the
VIDEO
OUTPUT
terminal
on the
HS-U130
(VIDEO OUT).
Set the input
of the other VCR to "Exter-
nal."
Put a blank tape into the other VCR and
find the place where you want to begin
recording.
Press STOP.

Put the tape you want to copy into the
HS-U130
and find the place from which
you want to begin copying. Press PLAY/
STOP.
O
On the other VCR, press record (REC)_
and then PAUSE.
O
On the HS-U130,
pre_,',s PLAY/STOP
and
then PAUSE.
Release
the PAUSE
batton
on both VCRs
at the same time.
O
Press PLAY/STOP
(o_ STOP) on both
VCRs when you are finished.

_Important:
The child lock feature
prevents
others from using your VCR. To
lock the VCR:
0
Press and hold down the :DISPLAY button
on the remote
control
for about 8 seconds. The LOCK light on the fluores-
cent display
will light up.
To cancel the child lock, press and hold d_wn the DISPLAY
button
for about 8 seconds,
until the LOC,K light goes out.
You can lock the VCR with the power off, even if the VCR is
standing
by for a programmed
recording.
If you lock the VCR with
no cassette
in it, the VCR will not accept a cassette.
