Menus for Playback, Editing, and
Printing Functions
_ The default settings of the function are highlighted in.
When the mode dial is set to the [] position, settings can be adjusted.

STILL PICTURE/ FADEw_iSLIDEW OFF/ }2 type of transition effect ([TYPE]) used between
MOVIE/ Lmages, and the background mus c BGM.

Only when [STILL PICTURE] is selected in Submenu 1.

To start a slideshow
After pressing the @ button to make the [BGM] settings, the slideshow starts. To stop the
slideshow, press the @ button or the MENU button.
_ [BGM] is not available when [_ SILENT MODE] (p. 47) is set to [ON].

[SHADOW ADJ] and
[REDEYE FIX] are applied
together.
Only sections darkened by
backlighting and dim lighting are
brightened.
Eyes that are reddened by the
flash are corrected.
U_' U se _ to select a correction method
and press the @ button.
Use _D to select an image for
retouching, and press the @ button.
®The retouchedimageis saved as a separate
image.

[SPARKLE EYE] and
[DRAMATIC EYE] are
applied together.
Makes skin look
smooth and
translucent. Select the
desired effect from
among the 3 levels.
Enhances the contrast
of the eyes.
Enlarges the subject's
eyes.
{_ Use _U to select a correction method,
and press the @ button.
Use _ to select an image for
retouching, and press the @ button.
®The retouchedimage is savedas a separate
image.
