3) Set weight using the up/down arrow keysand press ENTER.Default weight begins and 150 Ibs.

Setthe RESISTANCE P ROFILES using the up/downarrow keysand pressENTER after eachRESISTANCE
PROFILEis set to the desired level (repeat until all 15 segmentsare chosen).
*NOTE: i f STOPis pressedit will takeyou back to previoussegment.
5) PressSTARTor ENTERto begin the program.
*NOTE:Toreset the memorypressand hold the ENTERbutton for 5 seconds.
