Center griddle burner
For proper
ignition,
make
sm'e
the
small
hole
in the
section
that
fits over
the
electrode
is kept
open.
A sewing
needle
or wire
twist-tie
works
well to unclog
it.
The silts in the burner heads must be
kept
clean
at afl times reran even, unhampered flame.
Clogged
or di m' bm'ner
ports
or electrodes
will not allow
the bm'ner
to operate
i)roperly.
Any spill
on or arotmd
an electrode
inust
be careflfllv
cleaned.
Take
care
to not
hit an
electrode
with
anything
hard
or it could
be damaged.
You
should
clean
the
bm'ner
caps and
bm'ner
heads
routinely,
espedally
alter
bad
spillove_s,
which
could
clog the
openings
in the
burner
heads.

To remove
bm'ned-on
tood,
soak
the
burner
heads
in a solution
ot mild
liquid
detergent
and
hot
water

minutes.

the
caps
may be removed
for cleaning.
To clean
the

bases,
use soapy
water
and
a plastic
scom_ing
pad.
