Replace frozen Mandrel
Replace frozen Idler Pulley
Replace bent or unbalanced Blades
Replace Mandrel Straighten Deck or replace
Set Throttle for maximum engine speed
Let .grass dry out
Clean underside of Mower Deck
Readjust Mower front.to-rear and side-to-side
Replace Blades
