    1. Prepare Battery WEAR EYE AND FACE SHIELD. WASH HANDS OR CLOTHING ATELY IF ACCIDENTALLY WITH BATrERY ACID. CHARGED BATTERY SMOKE. PLOSIVE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE BATTERY THE BAG OF PARTS. ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES, CLOTHING AND GOGGLES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS, SKIN AND EYES.

    Lift seat (Fig 3). Lower battery intofender well withbattery terminals toward front of tractor (Fig 4). Make sure battery rests in battery tray (Fig 5) NOTE: BE SURE BATTERY DRAIN TUBE IS SECURELY ATTACHED TO BATTERY TRAY DRAIN (Fig 5) NECTED FIRST TO PREVENT SPARKS POSITIVE TERMINAL MUST BE CON- FROM ACCIDENTAL GROUNDING.
