OPERATING MOdES

The watch has 3 operating modes. Press MODE to toggle between these modes.

TIME MODE

• This mode displays the real-time clock and date.
• To set the time and date, refer to "Time Setting Mode" in Set Up Mode.

STOPwATCH MODE (CHRONO)

You can take your calorie reading in this mode.
