Careand cleaning of the cooking center.
NOTE:Theoven racks maybe
cleaned in the self-cleaning oven.
However, the racks will darken in
color, lose their luster and become
hard to slide ff cleaned during the
self-cleaning cycle.
Oven Racks (loweroven)
Clean the oven racks Mill an abrasive
cleanser or steel wool. After cleaning,
rinse file racks Mth clean water and
d_T with a clean cloth.
To make file racks slide more easily,
apply a small amount of vegetable oil or
cooking oil m a paper towel and wipe the
edges of the oven rocks with the paper
towel.
Control Panel
It's a good idea m wipe file conUol panel
after each use. Clean Mill mild soap and
wamr or vinegar and water; rinse with
clean water and polish d_ T with a soft
cloflL When cleaning, the conuol panel
should be at room mmpemmre and not
in direct sunlight.
Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong
liquid cleansers, plastic scouring pads or
oven cleaneis on the connol panel--they
will damage the finish. A 50/50 solution
of vinegar and hot wamr works well.
