Self-Timer
The self-timer
is used in situations where the
photographer
is included in the shot. When photographer
is away from the camera, use a tripod to prevent camera
fall.

Setting self-timer
The self-timer setting changes each time you press
(T).
Taking pictures using self-timer

the shutter
button
down
halfway
to
focus
on the subject
and
press
the shutter
button
fully.

setting
is the selected
mode.

after
10 seconds.
d): The pictureistaken
after
2 seconds.
Halfway pressed
Fully pressed
Pressing the shutter button down halfway that focuses
on the subject.
Without releasing the shutter button, press the button
all the way down (fully pressed) to start the self-timer.
