6. Insert the push button end of the "Pos-I-
Lock" hose into the inlet of the vac. The
hose should snap into place. To remove
the hose from the vac, press the
release button in the hose assembly
and pull the hose out of the vac inlet, as
shown.
7. Place the utility nozzle securely on the
swivel end of the hose and the vac is
ready for use
NOTE: The opposite end of the hose is
removable if more hoses need to be
attached for more length from the vac. To
remove the swivel portion of the hose,
grasp the hose swivel and firmly pull it out
of the flexible hose. Connect the soft end
of a second hose (accessory #9-17820)

into the swivel end of the original hose by
forcing the sections together until they fit
tightly.

Purchase a 9-16917 hose-hose connec-
tor. Install the hose-hose connector on the
end of the hose connected to the vac and
connect the other hose to the hose con-
nector.

designed to provide better stability, mobil-
ity and accessory storage with the addi-
tion of the caddy. Located at the rear of
the caddy are five storage pockets. Wet/
dry vac accessories
may be conveniently
stored here while not in use. The center
storage pocket is specifically designed for
the wet nozzle.
