The Fabric Watch subsystem consists of two tables. SwFwClassAreaEntry
contains control information for a particular class/area's thresholds. These
thresholds are contained in SwFwThresholdEntry.
This is the first of the elements declared for Fabric Watch; one scalar

and two tables. A scalar, swFwFabricWatchLicense is used to tell if the
switch has the proper license for Fabric Watch.
One table contains classarea information such as threshold unit string, time
base, low thresholds, and so forth. The other table contains individual
threshold information such as name, label, last event, and so forth.

If the license key is installed on the switch for the Fabric Watch, the return
value is swFwLicensed. Otherwise, the value is swFwNotLicensed.
