Turns on high-speed double-density graphics mode with 960 possi-
ble dot positions per B-inch line and 1632 per 13.6-inch line. Will
not print consecutive dots in a row. The values n1 and n2 specify
the number of dot columns of graphics data to print by the formula
n1 + (n2 X 256).
