2. Type a name and choose one of the following file types:
Text Document
with any text editor (unformatted).
RTF Document
can open and edit in Microsoft Word or many other
popular programs (retains most formatting).
HTML Document
files that can be viewed in a Web browser or posted as a
Web page.
PDF Document
files that you can open and edit in Adobe Acrobat.
3. Click the
Browse
want to save your file(s).
4. Under Output Method, choose one of the following:
Create one file for all pages
in one file.
Create one file for each page
separate file, using the file name you entered, and
adding a number for each page.
5. Click the button. The Export window opens again.
