_Using the Self-Timer
The self-timer can be used to shoot a group photo that includes the
photographer. The camera will activate approximately 10 seconds after the
shutter button is pressed.
Press the v button.
2 Choose d_).
@ Press the Av buttons to choose ¢i_),then
press the Q button.
/_ Once set, qi_ will appear on the screen.

_, Press tile shutter button halfway to focus on
the subject, then press it fully.
_. When the self-timer starts, the lamp blinks

the lamp and sound speed up (the lamp
remains lit when the flash will fire).
@ To cancel shooting with the timer after
countdown has started, press the v button.
