Theframe and frontaxle will be repairedfreeof chargefor five yearsfrom the dateof purchaseif defectivein materialor workmanship.
All of the abovewarrantycoverageappliesfor onlyone yearfrom thedateof purchaseifthis ridingequipmentiseverusedwhile providing
commercialservicesor if rentedto anotherperson.
In all cases, if repairprovesimpossible, the ridingequipmentwill be replacedfree of chargewith the sameor an equivalentmodel.The battery
will be replacedfreeof chargefor 90 daysfrom the dateof purchaseifdefectivein materialor workmanship (our testingprovesthat itwill nothold
a charge).
This warrantycoversONLYdefectsin materialand workmanship. W arrantycoveragedoes NOTinclude:
• Expendableitemsthat can wearoutfrom normalusewithin thewarrantyperiod,including b ut not limitedto blades,spark plugs,air
cleaners,belts,and oil filters.
• Standardmaintenance servicing,oil changes,or tune-ups.
• Tire replacement o r repaircausedby puncturesfrom outsideobjects,such as nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Tireor wheelreplacement o r repairresultingfrom normalwear,accident,or improper o perationor maintenance.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse, including b utnot limitedto damagecausedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof
the ridingequipment,impacting o bjectsthat bendthe frame or crankshaft,or over-speeding the engine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence, i ncluding b ut not limitedto, electricaland mechanical d amagecausedby improper
storage,failureto usethe propergradeand amountof engineoil, failureto keepthe deck clearof flammabledebris, or failureto
maintainthe ridingequipmentaccordingto the instructions containedin the operator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determined to be contaminated or oxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbe
usedwithin30 daysof its purchasedate.
• Normaldeterioration and wearof the exteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
This warrantygivesyou specificlegal rights,and you mayalso haveotherrights whichvary from stateto state.
