Print & Forward—The printer prints the fax and then sends it to the designated fax number.
To set up fax forwarding:

Make sure the printer is on and is connected to a working phone line.

From the control panel, press

The Fax Mode menu appears.

Press or repeatedly until the Fax Setup submenu is highlighted.

Press .

Press or repeatedly until the Ringing and Answering submenu is highlighted.

Press .

Press or repeatedly until you reach Fax Forward.

Press or repeatedly until the value you want appears.

Press .

Enter the number to which you want to forward the fax.

Press to save the number.

Printing fax activity reports

You can print reports of faxes sent and/or received.
