I. PARTS REPLACEMENT
A. Precautions
* Disconnect the AC adapter and USB cable from the scanner before replacing the parts.
* Wear anti-static gloves and grounding strap around the wrist during the work.
* Follow the instructed steps. Do not loosen any screw from the parts that is not to be
replaced.
* Store the removed parts in a clean place and avoid missing.
* Attach the parts in reverse order of the removing steps, unless otherwise specified.
* After replacement, check the quantity and shape of the parts.
