4.5.4 Construction of image data with JBIG image com-
pression encoding
Images are encoded in block units called stripes, as shown in the figure
below.
After being encoded, the image data is referred to as BIE (Bi-level Image
Entity), and is constructed from the Bi-level Image Header (BIH) section
and the Bi-level Image Data (BID) section shown in the figure below.
