Visually check ink tanks
Empty?
No
Visually check if ink tanks
are installed securely.
OK?
Yes
Replace the logic board
<Cause>
The ink tank is empty. EEPROM is defective.
<Suspected parts>
Are ink tanks empty?
Yes
Replace ink tank(s)
No
Reinstall the ink tank(s)
(Replace EEPROM)
