Respond to an incoming call
If you have enabled the Call Waiting feature, you can respond to
incoming calls during a phone call.
To ignore the call:
•
To simply ignore the call: Press
•
To silence the ringer and ignore the call: Press
highlight Options and Ring Off.
To accept the call:
1. Tell the current caller that you are going to accept an incoming
call and put them on hold.

You are connected to the incoming call, and the original
caller is on hold.

To disconnect the caller to whom you are speaking
and return to the other caller: Highlight Disconnect.
•
To switch between calls and keep both calls
connected: Highlight Swap.
•
To establish a connection between you and both
callers: Highlight Build MPTY.
•
To mute the microphone: Highlight Mute.
•
To disconnect both calls: Highlight Release All.
