    Personal settings Please familiarize yourself with all of the features and settings that your new phone has to offer. Take a little time to choose the personal settings that work for you. Displays Note: Your phone battery must be charged to show displays. Change the language of messages You can select from English, Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

    Adjust the backlight By default, the display backlight illuminates when you touch a key, place the phone on the charging station or remove the phone from the charging station. You can adjust whether the backlight illuminates and the length of time that it remains illuminated (including always on).
