Activate or deactivate Call Forwarding
This service forwards your calls to another phone number under
certain conditions. For example, if you are away for an extended
period of time, whenever your phone line is busy, or if your phone
is turned off or unreachable.

To forward all incoming calls: Highlight Unconditional
Divert.

To forward calls when your line is busy: Highlight
Busy Divert.

To forward calls when you do not answer the calls:
Highlight No Answer Divert.

To forward calls when your phone is turned off, not in
the service area or unreachable: Highlight No
Service/Power Off Divert.

To deactivate Call Forwarding: Highlight
Cancel Divert.
