7-6. Manual sewing (manual mode)

The hammer may operate during manual mode, so do not put your hands near the hammer at this time.
If care is not taken, injury may result.
You can turn the upper shaft pulley by hand to move the feed base one stitch at a time. This is useful to do when adjusting the
spreader timing. (Refer to "9-10. Adjusting the spreader timing".)

Switch the mode to manual mode.

Place the material to be sewn under the work clamps, and then press the work clamp switch (6).
