Setting the Sleep Timer (SLEEP)
The Sleep Timer switches the
system automatically OFF after the
set period of time has elapsed.

Press the SLEEP key to set the
timer period.
* A maximum period of 90 minutes can be set.
* Selecting [OFF] cancels Sleep Timer.

Setting the sleep timer using SETUP
Press the SETUP key to select [SYSTEM

SETUP], and then enter the selection.

Select SLEEP, and then enter the selection.

Press the MULTI CONTROL up/down keys
to set the timer period, and the enter the
selection.
The same operation is also available on the main unit.
If any of the operations of "Moving Music from Memory
Hint
Card to USB Audio Player" (pages 30 and 31), "Erasing
Music" (pages 36 and 37) and "Erasing All Data in
Memory Card" (page 67) is performed while Sleep
Timer is set, Sleep Timer is canceled.
To cancel or re-set the sleep timer:
* Switch the system OFF or press the SLEEP key
repeatedly until [OFF] is selected.
Each press increments the time
by 10 minutes.
