TCP/IP Setting Function

When access to the Administrator of the machine by the System Settings is authenticated, the machine
enables setting of the IP Address.
2.12.1

Setting the IP Address

Note
Do not leave the machine with the setting screen of System Settings left shown on the display. If it is
absolutely necessary to leave the machine, be sure first to log off from the System Settings.
Do not leave the machine with the setting screen of Admin Mode left shown on the display. If it is
absolutely necessary to leave the machine, be sure first to log off from the Admin Mode.

Call the Network Settings to the screen from the control panel.

Press the [,] key to select [TCP/IP].

Press the [Menu/Select] or [)] key.

Press the [,] key to select [IP Setting].

Press the [Menu/Select] or [)] key.

Press the [,] key to select [ApplicationMethod].

Press the [Menu/Select] or [)] key.

Press the [+] and/or [,] key to select [Manual Input].

Press the [Menu/Select] key.

Press the [,] key to select [Manual Input].

Press the [Menu/Select] or [)] key.

Press the [,] key to select [IP Address].

Press the [Menu/Select] or [)] key.

Press the [+] and/or [,] key to set IP Adress.
If [Auto Setting] has been selected for IP Application Method in step 8, select the means of acquiring
the IP Address automatically from among DHCP Setting, BOOTP Setting, ARP/PING Setting, AUTO
IP Setting, and the like.

Press the [Menu/Select] key and then press the [Cancel] key.
