Using the Mobile Control

Connect your PC to the product using the wireless-connection
dongle or a USB cable.
NOTE
• Connect your PC to the product using the wireless-connection

Connect the mobile device to the product using the mobile
cable.
NOTE
• A connection kit is required to connect to some mobile devices.
• For further details on how to connect, refer to "Connecting and
Using Devices by Type" (page 37).

If the PC is connected to the product, Mobile Control and
Wireless Connection Manager will automatically install.
NOTE
• If installation does not start automatically, install the Mobile
Control program using the install file found on the user manual CD
provided.
• Wireless Connection Manager is for Series 7 only.

To move the mouse and keyboard pointer focus to the mobile
device, press the mouse wheel or the shortcut keys (Alt + S)
on the keyboard.
NOTE
The shortcut keys can be customized in the custom settings window.
Refer to "Changing the Settings" (page 40).

After the software is installed, the Mobile Control icon will
appear on the far right side of the taskbar.
NOTE
Charging/Control Mode will be set as default. You can then charge
the connected device.

To move the mouse input and keyboard focus to a mobile
device more quickly, double click the Mobile Control icon on
the right to activate Fast Control Mode.
NOTE
In this mode, movement of the mouse input and keyboard focus is
faster but battery charging is not possible.
