Using the Laser Multifunction Copier Utility

The Copier Utility is a printing function used to make copies of documents that are in
the Multifunction Desktop. It includes various special features not found in regular
printing, such as headers/footers and tiling (2-up/4-up). To use the Copier Utility, just
select the document in the Multifunction Desktop that you want to copy by clicking on
it, then click on the Copier Utility icon in the Application Link Area, as shown below.
The Laser Multifunction Copier Utility dialog box will appear. Use this dialog box to
make various settings, as required, and then press the Print button to initiate the
copy job.
Settings in the Copier Utility
• Scaling
• 100%
Prints the page at full size with no reduction or enlargement.
Note: When a scanned letter-size document is copied to letter-size paper, or
when the image exceeds the printable area, the printed image will not be
positioned exactly the same as the original document.
