Printing to the Desktop from Other Applications

Many popular software applications can be used to create Multifunction Desktop
documents by the following procedure. This is a convenient way to keep various
related documents in one location.
Note: When importing documents from graphics applications to the Multifunction
Desktop, it is better to use the Import command than the Print to Sharp Laser
Multifunction Driver. See

Note: The document will appear in the folder of the Multifunction Desktop that is
currently open (active). Make sure you have opened the desired folder before
initiating the print job.

Open the Print dialog box of your application. (This is often done through the
File menu.)
