If the handset disconnects from the base during a phone call
Check that the power adapter is connected properly into the electrical.
You may have moved out of range of the base. Move closer to the base.

28.1 Warranty and Service

The iDECT iHome Phone has a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase as
shown on your sales receipt. The warranty does not cover any faults or defects caused by
accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, negligence, faults on the telephone line, lightning,
tampering of the equipment or any attempt to adjust or repair other than through approved
agents.
Please keep your original dated sales receipt as proof of warranty. You should also keep
contents of the original package.
In the unlikely event that you need to return your iDECT iHome Phone to our Repair
Centre while it is under warranty, a handling charge may apply.
28.1.1 Servicing Under Warranty
1 Disconnect the base unit from the telephone line and the main power supply.
2 Pack all components of your iDECT iHome Phone using the original packaging.
Remember to include the power adapter.
3 Return the unit to the shop where you made your purchase. Bring along your original
dated sales receipt.
28.1.2 Servicing After Warranty Has Expired
If the unit is no longer covered under warranty,
1 Disconnect the base unit from the telephone line and the main power supply.
2 Pack all components of your iDECT iHome Phone using the original packaging.
Remember to include the power adapter.
3 Call our Service Hotline 0845 345 9677 and request for a quotation on potential repair
charge. Our customer service staff will provide you details on where to send your
iDECT iHome Phone for repair.
4 Make sure you include the followings,
• Your name and residential address
• A cheque or postal order for the repair charge
5 Bring all the necessary to the location provided by our customer service staff.
