Use this command to focus on TE port initialization. This example allows two VSANs on the TE port
and the port VSAN is 666. Hence the ELP, ESC, and EPP (0x71) go out on VSAN 666. Once the EPP
negotiation is complete, we see EFP, DIA, RDI, MR, FSPF, and other updates flow for each allowed
