Download printer profile.
Check if the printer cable has been correctly
connected.
Check if the printer is turned on.
Restart the machine.
If the message still appears, contact your nearest
dealer.

ACTION
Ping the IP address of the MFP from
another PC in DOS prompt. For
example, type "Ping 10.1.20.144" in
DOS prompt. If the MFP does not
respond, then perform the following
steps.
Check that the RJ-45 connector is
firmly plugged-in.
Check the Ethernet cable.
Check the MFP IP address.
Check the destination IP address.
Check Subnet Mask.
Check Gateway IP.
Check Network environment
