This allows any cartridge to be loaded into any virtual tape drive on any node, so the virtual drives
in a library can be on different nodes from the virtual library robot. Therefore, the virtual drives
for a library can be configured across multiple nodes as shown in
Figure 19 (page
53), and as
the device is scaled up (by adding more nodes and arrays) the virtual library can be expanded
with it by adding more drives and more cartridges to the existing virtual library. (This requires the
robot to be initially created with additional spare empty drive bays and empty slots.)
