8. Find the saved file, webportal.lic and copy it to a disk or flash drive.
9. Go to another computer that is connected to the Internet and load
the webportal.lic file on that machine.
10. Navigate to the URL address on the File Successfully Saved screen.
11. When the Software Activation screen appears, select your language.
